By accessing tabvinitynaturals.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products are intended for external personal care use only. They are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always patch test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Ingredient lists are provided on every product page — please review them carefully if you have known allergies.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Subscription orders are billed monthly until you pause or cancel.

Refunds for unopened products are issued per our Shipping & Returns policy. Damaged-on-arrival orders are replaced at no cost when reported within 7 days of delivery.

You agree not to interfere with the site's normal operation, attempt to access another customer's account, or use automated tools to scrape, bulk-purchase, or otherwise abuse our service.

All site content — including product photography, copy, formulas, and brand marks — is the property of TabVinity Naturals and may not be used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TabVinity Naturals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
