Shipping & Returns

Each order is gathered and packed by hand in our small studio. Standard orders ship within 2–3 business days. During product launches and the holiday season, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll always note this on the homepage.

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS Ground. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your label is created. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Because each formula is made by hand and intended for personal care, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges for an alternate scent or size can be arranged at the same window — just write to us first at hello@tabvinitynaturals.com.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is non-refundable.

We pack with care, but the journey is sometimes unkind. If your order arrives broken, leaking, or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Build-a-Box subscriptions ship monthly on the 1st. You can pause, swap, or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.
