Refund & Subscription Cancellation

Our promise

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit — whichever you prefer.

One-time orders

  • Unopened items: full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened or partially used items: if the product didn’t agree with your skin or you’re unhappy with it, contact us — we’ll offer a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
  • Damaged in transit: send a photo within 7 days and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item (when a return is required).

Auto-refill subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you chose at checkout. You stay in full control:

  • Cancel anytime from Your Account → Manage Subscription. Cancellation is effective immediately and prevents future renewals.
  • No cancellation fees — ever. You only pay for shipments already sent.
  • Already shipped? If a renewal ships before you cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund (unopened) or store credit (opened).
  • Pause instead of cancel: use the customer portal (Manage payment & invoices) to skip a delivery or change your renewal date.
